Paper copies may be requested from the business office via e-mail from the REFR office (be sure to include your mailing address) or by submitting written requests to Rare and Exotic Feline Registry, P. O. Box 543, Walnut Cove, NC 27052. Please use official REFR forms when registering catteries, litters, and cats.
