For your convenience and for a quicker turnaround, these forms may also be submitted electronically from our web site.
Forms may be returned to U.S. and Canadian clients by the U.S. or Canadian mail. However, for speedier service and for service to other international locations, paperwork may be retuned as .PDF files which may be printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
All fees may submitted by personal check, money order, Pay-Pal, or major credit card. The same low fee applies whether you elect to submit and/or receive your paperwork by mail or electronically.
