Instructions
1. Complete information on litter, sire, and dam. For each individual kitten, please complete all information. For kittens that are part of breed groups such as Highland/Desert Lynx, or for kittens whose color may qualify them for another breed (such as SnowBobs), please select the breed. If kittens and parents are of the same breed, this may be left blank. Mark LH or SH (Longhair or Shorthair). If one of the breed's distinguishing characteristics is the tail, please mark Long Tail or Short Tail. Short Tail refers to any foreshortened tail. Long Tail refers to full-length domestic tail. If one of the breed's distinguishing characteristics is the ears, please mark Curled Ears, Folded Ears, or Straight Ears. If one of the breed's distinguishing characteristics is the legs (as in Munchkins), please mark Long Legs or Short Legs. If one of the breed's distinguishing characteristics is extra toes, please mark whether or not the kitten is polydactyl.
2. Applications will be returned for Incorrect Numbers and Fees. All fees must be received within seven days of electronic submisson of information or information will be discarded.
3. Cat names, including Breeder's registered Cattery prefix and/or new Owner's Cattery suffix, must NOT exceed 35 letters, spaces, and characters combined.
4. If the SIRE is not registered with REFR, furnish a three generation pedigree (if available) to include all registration numbers (if ancestors are registered), colors, and birth dates. Information on hair length MUST be included if it is a breed characteristic. Be sure to check information on tail, ears, legs, and toes, if appropriate.

$17.00 if one parent is not REFR-registered and registrations are delivered through US or Canadian mail.
$20.00 if both parents are not REFR-registered and registrations are delivered electronically as .PDF documents.
$22.00 if both parents are not REFR-registered and registrations are delivered through US or Canadian mail.
7. Individual kittens may not be registered using electronic data on this form.
